Due to high demand, the following instructions are to be performed. Because most of my time is manufacturing new units, should your unit be older than one year of the original purchase date, a inspection/repair fee of 100.00 will be paid at: https://www.dkwremotes.com/shop/evox/p/inspection If your unit is repairable, the 100.00 will go towards the repair fee.

Mark the goods as “Returned Goods”

Do not confuse value of goods as the original purchase price. If you are sending it to me, it is broken and has no value.

If you put an evaluation on your package and customs treat it like a sale, to which I am charged taxes, the amount will be recovered before I sign for it. If you use any courier service other than USPS, I have the right to refuse accepting the package.
